In the course of his work Latzke was frequently stretched  to technical limits, which restricted him or made his work unnecessarily complicated. So there was no reproduction method for murals, which allowed an adjustment to the architectural properties of the location, or he could not insert certain materials in his interior design works as he had in mind. For these problems arose some practical and time-and cost-saving innovations such as the Frescography, the Dynamic Building Fassade or just an anti slippery marble treatment and other practical developments.
